Delivery to most of the UK mainland is included in the price. There may be charges for offshore domestic regions. This product cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland. 

The Compact model features a glue-laminated timber frame and twin doors. It boasts ample glass on both sides to ensure optimal lighting, along with tempered and subtly bronze-tinted glass. The structure's height is below 2.5 meters, and it includes 28mm natural timber floorboards. All buildings are delivered flat-packed, requiring a minimum of two people for assembly. 

Please note the Crown Compact does not come painted, this will be the customer's responsibility.

Usage ideas

This well-crafted summer house can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests and offers endless possibilities, from hosting dinner parties to serving as an outdoor office or craft room.

Preparing for your pod

Delivery 

All buildings are supplied flat packed and only need 2 people minimum to build them.

We are currently unable to ship this item to Northern Ireland. Charges may apply for customers in offshore domestic regions. If your delivery address is outside of the UK mainland of England/ Scotland/ Wales, please contact us first for a delivery quote by emailing info@nordicharmony.co.uk or calling us on 0333 050 9924. Free delivery will only apply to UK mainland (excluding NI). 

The Crown Compact takes approximately 6 weeks (42 days) to be delivered. 

As a rule, our suppliers will deliver your garden building on a six-wheeled delivery truck. The delivery team use Hi-Ab vehicles with an unloading crane for easy and safe unloading. Delivery is kerbside, although we will always try and deliver your garden building as close to your desired location as possible. Due to the weight of the vehicles and extending safety support arms, the delivery vehicles can only operate on hard standing and are not able to drive on to your garden, over soft ground or fields. In order for this to occur we need sufficient space and access for the lorry and unloading crane to manoeuvre. If you have questions regarding access required, please contact us at Nordic Harmony. 

It is important that we know there is enough space for safe unloading. If this is not the case and we don’t have advanced warning, we may have to charge you a delivery fee.

Please be specific about the most convenient spot for us to offload your garden building. We make every effort to comply. Be aware, due to the nature of the size and weight of the packages, we may not always be able to place your building exactly where you want it.

If you feel that there are any restrictions or potential access issues that could occur during delivery, please contact our team and we can advise on the most appropriate solution.

You or your designated representative MUST be on site when the garden building is delivered so you can help with the offloading.

The phone number you place upon order MUST be one where we can reach you during working hours before and on the day of the delivery. Our supplier will contact you within 48 hours once an order has been placed and paid for. They will contact you again approximately five days before delivery, giving you as accurate a delivery schedule as possible. Your garden building will not simply arrive unless you have been contacted first. Please note that we cannot make delivery of your garden building until it has been paid for in full upon initial order. 

Huuden garden buildings come packed in a weatherproof packaging. The parts can stand outside for several weeks before you construct your garden building if necessary.

Warranty 

Huuden has deliberately incorporated design management and extensive product testing into their development processes, with the latter being conducted for years in Estonia's diverse climate, which features four distinct seasons. These tests establish the required weather and structural resilience of the wood under various conditions. Consequently, they provide a 7-year structural warranty for HUUDEN products.

Returns

You are entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods if the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Please email returns@nordicharmony.co.uk to initiate a return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to arrange the delivery of the return item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs of return transport will be down to the customer.
