Our Story
We have seen first hand the benefits of creating spaces that help to invigorate and inspire people in their own home environment. These experiences inspired us to create a business that brings a taste of Nordic lifestyle to the UK consumer and commercial market.
In 2023 we embarked on a journey to become a well established UK online retailer that works with highly reputable suppliers across the country. With focus on quality and design, our aim is to set the highest of standards within the industry by offering a range of stunning home spa items to customers, offering competitive and reliable delivery times with products that are of the finest quality.
How we operate and who we work with
We utilise a drop shipping model of business whereby we work closely with our suppliers to dispatch high quality products direct to our customers to aid a smoother customer journey and keep costs down. This means we have no physical store and focus solely on online sales. We currently work with trusted suppliers such as Sunny Hot Tubs, Canadian Spa Company and Viking Industrier as official resellers for their brands and products.

We want all of our customers to have the chance to experience total comfort and relaxation from the comfort of their own home. A little bit about us
Christopher Mellor (Company Director)
Having spent many years visiting Finland with his now Finnish wife Suvi, Christopher has had first had experience of the benefits of unwinding in saunas and hot tubs in his beloved Finland. It was these experiences that led to Christopher coming up with the idea of building a business that brings similar lifestyle goods to the UK market.
Saunas are regarded as almost a religion to people in Finland for a good reason, as they understand the many health benefits Saunas bring. As director of the company, Christopher's sole task is focused on ensuring that our customers have been given excellent service and receive the products they have ordered in timely fashion and to help bring a piece of this enjoyment to customers across the UK.
At Nordic Harmony, we're more than just a home spa retailer; we're a part of the community we serve. Our head office may be in Chelmsford Essex, but our reach and influence spans nationwide. We understand that buying such items may raise lots of questions, so we pride ourselves on being able to provide you with enough information to make informed decisions on your product of choice.
