Placing An Order
Will I get confirmation of my order?
Upon order receipt, a confirmation will be promptly sent to your email. This indicates your order is in our system and your payment method has been pre-authorized.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you've recently placed an order and have not received a confirmation email promptly, there could be several issues to investigate:
- Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder
- There may have been a typo in your email address during the checkout process.
- Your email server's spam filters are mistakenly flagging our emails as spam, preventing their delivery.

What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
As soon as we receive your order on our site you will receive an order confirmation immediately. We will then immediately begin to place the order details with our suppliers to make sure that your items can be processed and despatched as soon as possible.
(Note times will vary depending on supply and/or nature of product and in instances where products are customised or made to order. In all instances customers will be kept updated as to the status of their order and shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and the Delivery information on the specific product listing page for more information).
Why do you need my phone number?
For certain deliveries, our couriers need a contact number to guarantee the seamless delivery of your order. Rest assured, your number remains private and confidential; we will not share it with anyone else. Additionally, should any issues arise with your order, we can swiftly and conveniently get in touch with you.
Is it safe to buy online through your website?
Absolutely, Nordicharmony.co.uk strives to provide our customers with a safe and smooth customer experience. This site uses SSL encryption technology offered via our Shopify host platform so that you never have to worry about credit card safety.
Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom mainland only. This will just included standard kerbside delivery to your address. You will be responsible for offloading and moving the item (unless additional services are available at a cost on the product listing page).
Please Note: There may be additional charges for 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact our team if you live outside of Mainland UK prior to placing an order and one of the team will be able to provide you with a quote for delivery.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
No sorry, currently we only deliver to mainland United Kingdom.
How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?
Due to the varying nature of product ranges on our site, we recommend viewing the delivery tab information under each product listing for more information relating to that specific product. We aim to be as transparent as we can be with typical lead times per product. If your product is made to order/ customised, the lead times can be longer but typical dispatch times will be made clear on the product listing and delivery tab. Once the order is placed with our supplier, we will update you on timeframes accordingly. We recommend looking at the typical delivery times for your product of choice on the specific product listing page before ordering for an indication of timeframes.
How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?
Due to the varying nature of our products, with some made to order, our estimated timeframes will be presented when you select the product and purchase. Our Shipping Policy also provides more information on our delivery/ dispatch service. We strongly advise that you check the delivery information for your product of choice on the product listing page.
Can my order be delivered to a PO box?
Unfortunately not, due to the size and nature of the products being sold, we have to arrange delivery to your business or home address where the product is to be situated. Depending on supplier, delivery may just be drop off curb side to your property. In some instances, our suppliers will offer additional services to move your product to another part of your property (rear garden for example) and may offer additional installation/ servicing upon set up at an additional cost. These options will be presented to you on the product page and delivery tab for that product.
Do I receive installation help for my product?
Most of our products are self-assembly with instructions provided. In some instances some of our suppliers may offer an installation service at an additional cost which can be chosen prior to checkout if available on the product listing page.
