The Muskoka Plug & Play patio spa from the Canadian Spa Company is a compact yet spacious solution that fits comfortably in a variety of spaces, providing generous room for six people. Although designed to be compact, it boasts features commonly found in full-sized spas.

Energy Efficient
The ThermalSprings Heat Reclamation System, with its innovative features, is engineered to conserve energy and reduce costs by minimizing heat dissipation and reusing sanitized water. The spa shell is fortified with high-density foam made of closed cells, enhancing the motor's heat retention and diminishing heat loss through the acrylic shell. Equipped with a 2kW heater and precise smart sensors, it can deactivate the heater when the water temperature is within half a degree of the set preference. The spa boasts high-grade triple-layer insulation, including infra-red reflective and thermal transfer barriers, on its shell, cabinet, and base. Additionally, it comes with a robust, winter-ready Canadian Spa hard-top cover, complete with a heat-retaining skirt and secure locking straps.

Preparing your hot tub space
As with any major home improvement or addition, installing a new hot tub will involve some homework and thought before installation.
Follow these steps for an easy and successful installation process:
- Begin with measuring the available space for your hot tub to ensure a perfect fit.
- Choose a prime location with a solid foundation and easy access to water, power, and drainage.
- Consider privacy and a scenic view when selecting the placement of your hot tub.
- Keep in mind regulations and safety standards when planning the electrical installation.
- Prioritise a flat and level surface for your hot tub's foundation. -
- When it's time for delivery, make sure the path is clear for easy access.
- Once your hot tub is in place, fill it up, heat it, and add the necessary chemicals for a relaxing soak.
- Remember to regularly maintain your spa for optimal performance and safety.

This product offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to arrange the delivery of the return item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cut off time: 12pm GMT (Monday - Friday)
Order handling time: 2 to 3 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit time: 2 to 5 days (Monday - Friday)
There are several options for delivery listed here: (select as appropriate before checkout)
Kerbside delivery (as standard)- product will just be dropped off kerbside at your address and it will be customer's responsibility to move and install etc.
Delivery to back garden- (Additional cost)- we deliver and place the hot tub in your back garden. We can send out a team to move the spa into its final place in the back garden. Please note that unwrapping and installation is NOT included.
