There are two options for delivery listed here: (select as appropriate before checkout)
Kerbside delivery (as standard)- product will just be dropped off kerbside at your address and it will be customer's responsibility to move and install etc.
Delivery to back garden- (Additional cost)- we deliver and place the hot tub in your back garden. We can send out a team to move the spa into its final place in the back garden. Please note thatunwrapping and commissioning is not included.

This product offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to arrange the delivery of the return item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
