Your Wave Spa’s liner is protected by a 12-month warranty. If you encounter any manufacturing-related punctures, we'll promptly replace the affected components, allowing you to continue your hot tub adventures without interruption.
Returns
This product offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to arrange the delivery of the return item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not cover return courier costs of unwanted items.

This is a good functional hot tub, relatively easy to assemble with 2 people. Like the integrated heater, havent got electric bill yet so not sure how much it costs compared to our old inflatable on
