Can the door open to the left instead of the right?

While the default configuration is for the door to open on the right-hand side, it can be adjusted to open to the left. The glass door has small plastic feet along its bottom edge. If you rotate the front glass panel 180 degrees and switch the plastic feet to what becomes the bottom, the door will then open to the left-hand side.

Safety information

Infrared saunas differ from traditional saunas, where elements must be as hot as molten lava to warm up rocks and then the air. While the heaters in an infrared sauna are warm, they don't produce the same kind of heat. Additionally, there's a wooden lattice housing the carbon heater panels, positioned a few centimetres from the heaters, providing a surface for your back to rest on instead of directly on the heaters themselves.

Kerbside delivery only for this product (as standard)- product will just be dropped off kerbside at your address and it will be customer's responsibility to move and install.

This product offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
