It should be noted that this demonstration was done on a 16 foot swim spa but the same controls are available on the St. Lawrence 13 foot. 

Preparing for your spa

As with any major home improvement or addition, installing a new hot tub/spa will involve some homework and thought before installation. 

Follow these steps for an easy and successful installation process: 

• Begin with measuring the available space for your spa to ensure a perfect fit. 
• Choose a prime location with a solid foundation and easy access to water, power, and drainage. 
• Consider privacy and a scenic view when selecting the placement of your hot tub. 
• Keep in mind regulations and safety standards when planning the electrical installation. 
• Prioritise a flat and level surface for your hot tub's foundation. -
• When it's time for delivery, make sure the path is clear for easy access. (For the St Lawrence 13ft- special delivery options may need to be considered- see delivery tab for more details!) 
• Once your hot tub is in place, fill it up, heat it, and add the necessary chemicals for a relaxing soak.
• Remember to regularly maintain your spa for optimal performance and safety.

Delivery:

Order cut off time: 12pm GMT (Monday - Friday)

Order handling time: 2 to 3 days (Monday - Friday)

Transit time: 2 to 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Kerbside delivery (as standard)- product will just be dropped off kerbside at your address and it will be customer's responsibility to move and install etc. 

The swim spa will be delivered on a flatbed truck - either a crane or a hiab will be required to move the spa to your desired location.

We do not include the hiring of a crane/hiab in the price of standard delivery - companies local to you will normally have the most competitive price. Many companies will provide a free quote - it is worth seeking quotes from several companies. You will need to supply them with the weight and size of the swim spa.

We are flexible with the time and date for delivery - if you have found a certain time slot where your crane/hiab is cheaper to hire, let us know and we can speak to our supplier to see if we can synchronise the delivery time with your privately prepared crane/hiab. The spa is a single lift item - this will usually take the crane/hiab 45-60 minutes.

Typical costs are £500-£1500 for a crane and £200-£400 for a hiab which you will have to arrange privately as we do not provide this service.

This product offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to arrange the delivery of the return item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
