Preparing your foundations:

It is very important to have a proper base for your Sauna. Therefore, we recommend following our sketches and consulting a qualified local builder or engineer. Making sure that the base for your Sauna fits the location is of utmost importance.

Due to an improper base, the structure may crack. If the product is unevenly seated, the geometric shape of the building may change, which can result in the door/windows twisting, and/or gaps. In the worst-case scenario, the product may even collapse.

• Before building the base, make sure you take into account the landscape and the ground conditions on which the Sauna will stand.
• The base under the product must be prepared specifically for the Sauna.
• The base must be homogeneous, tight, and level. 
• Make sure that the properties of the base do not change over time. We recommend making the base out of concrete and water-proofing it before installation.

If you do not follow recommendations for building the base, the product will lose its warranty!

Delivery

We provide deliveries to UK mainland only at no additional cost* (There may be additional costs for deliveries to Northern Ireland and UK/Scottish Islands. Please speak to a member of the team first before placing an order with us if this applies to you so we can provide you with a quote). 

You will have the choice of flat pack delivery with instructions, full pre-assembled delivery or assembly on site. If you choose flat pack or fully pre-assembled then please note that it is your responsible once delivered kerbside, to offload and move to your desired location. For assembly on site there is an additional charge listed in the drop down menu. 

Once your order has been placed we will provide you with more tracking information and timescales. 

The delivery team will provide all necessary information and will explain the correct and safe way of use of this product.

Returns info

Please note this is a custom made to order product therefore no returns are accepted once the order is processed. Warranty cover in place for any defective issues with product not associated with wear and tear or misuse. See warranty tab. 

Warranty

Includes 2 year warranty. Please note that any warranty does not cover for misuse or accidental damage by the customer. If you do not follow recommendations for building the base, the product will lose its warranty!
